King Crimson ringtones for Verizon, Nextel, Cingular, Sprint and other cell phones
Progressive rock never sounded more, well, progressive than when King Crimson started jamming in 1969. Robert Fripp on guitar and drummer Michael Giles and multi-instrumentalist Gregory Lake recorded music that though may not have sounded like anything before (or after), owed much to the revolutionary psychedelic sound of the Beatles Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds. Add to that jazz improvisation techniques and heavy metal elements and you have King Crimson.
